is truly fucked up. There should be more psychological screenings done, because it feels like too many sadistic people want to be cops just to have a power. It really saddens me that POC are scared of someone (police) and something (institution) that should be there to protect them, instead of killing them. You would think that rioting is not an answer, but it is... What else is there to do to send a message?

Honestly as a POC I’m so glad to live in the UK. This sounds anxiety provoking to be switched on 24/7
Arris agreed. I think it’s normal to have a healthy level of fear mixed with respect for the police, but I’ve never felt intimidated to the point i wouldn’t approach them for help. Or think they wouldn’t help me out for my skin.
