but yeah it doesnt matter who the victim is, no one can say it's their fault. Yes they should've been smarter but it's the same logic that people say for adult rape cases like "oh well this person should not have been drinking / should not have been there" but ..... yes sure maybe that'd reduce their risk but it shouldn't have happened anyway
