Brits have much better experience with Uber and North American’s have always some issues with their drivers? Do they not do background checks? Also what’s with names issue? Here in UK when I call for Uber I have not only a picture of a driver who assigned me but also a full name and a ranking. That’s interestingly weird.
I guess maybe people who have issues are the ones who bring it up so it might seem like there's more problems than there are. Usually i dont think i've had issues with uber either =/
