non-Americans, is it hard to get things like aspirin/ibuprofen over the counter and/or how expensive are they?!?

Really easy in Australia to get over the counter, can't remember $$$ value off the top of my head but it's no expensive.

You can get shit ibuprofen over the counter if you're old enough in the UK, but for stuff that actually works, you need a script.
