that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" isnt true? Lunch actually is. This whole scam was started by Kelloggs ages ago by marketing their products saying it would cure people from wanting to masturbate. They lobbied congress and everything. Look it up I swear its true, its the most wild fact I know.
Depends on what "important" means. In terms of eating in the morning, it may be a necessity for some but not others. I try to always eat breakfast because I sometimes miss lunch at work. But I know some people can't handle eating in the morning. So as long as people are eating and drinking throughout the day, who cares? :P
