so we met about a month ago during hunger when you helped me out, but that doesn't mean to much compared to how close we've gotten after that game. its actually kind of scary since 11 months ago when I joined, I never would have thought I would make friends. well... at least friends that I would talk to outside of games. its pretty crazy how close we are now since we talked/snap everyday. im glad that you're a part of my life and not really sure what this last month or so would have been if we really weren't as close. thanks for being my friend bryce! :))))))
During his reign as moderator the indictee intentionally and maliciously abused powers for personal gain including but not limited to gifting friends, deleting blogs, unfair blacklists, unfair bans.

On 12/2/2015 the indictee malicously and intentionally deceived users that he had mod powers.

Indictee refused to fulfill obligations as a moderator.

quid pro quo
Indictee used authortative position illegally to get others to do things for him illegally

discriminatory acts
Inductee discriminated against users on the basis of
Age, sex, Sexual Preference, race, national orgin

-violation of equal protection clause
Indictee discriminated by not equally or treating all users similarily situated

Excessive spamming
Indictee used powers to spam blogs to intentionally gain ts for personal gain
Count 8:
Conspiracy to overthrow authorities
Indictee intentionally and without justification overthrew another moderator without justification
Count 9:
Interference with prospective advantage
Indictee filtered various Tengagers not allowing them to participate in gift giveaways as well as deleted blogs arbitrarily thereby willfully and maliciously taking away financial gain to other Tengaged users
Count 10:
Sexual misconduct
Indictee had sexual relations with Tengagers for favors in a position of authority.
