What is Tengaged Mobile?

I just got a text message from a 6 digit number that read:

"tengagedalert411 (IM): Thank you for registering with tengaged mobile, your minute to minute update from the only site for reality TV. Congratulations on being #3 in the Hall of Fame and in Survivor top merges"

What does this mean? I never gave my cell phone number out to the site or any personal information. I better not be getting text messages when I join or get evicted from games.

How can I be removed from Tengaged Mobile? What's the point of it anyway?
