over pixles stolen from dress up doll games when the site does not follow EU law making it illegal in Europe. Admin

Comments

Copyright laws are in most major countries so if tengaged is hosted in the US then they would still be under the same law. However rando is spanish right? im not sure on spanish copyright laws, they may be able to get away with it and if it's legal wherever this is hosted then UK, US whatever copyright laws don't come into play.

The bigger issue is data protection laws. Sites running in the EU must allow users to control what information they chose to disclose. The lack of being able to disconnect from facebook and inability to delete some blogs makes it illegal and it would likely be taken down in the EU if someone complained about it.

ikr i've always found the fact that users can't delete their account/delete blogs/delete comments they've sent really problematic

alanduncan oh yeah fair enough. Is that the right to be forgotten online or something?
Sent by Mykel,Aug 24, 2018
Mykel not exactly but not having the right to delete anything would be a sub-section of GDPR
