I agree, but I'm not sure off the top of my head what the charge would be. It's definitely not his fault that the guy died, but there certainly could be some blame there since he didn't do anything to stop it. He instead yelled back at the people... hmm I would have to think about this.

Maybe criminal negligence? Just simply failing to provide the proper care required

Rperduex11 I guess an Accessory to Murder? He was pushing bystanders away who were trying to help Floyd and therefore enabling Floyd's death. Negligence sounds about right too.
