Serious question

Oct 2, 2017 by 1001games
Hoping I’m not offending anyone but through my boring ass classes a question came to my mind.

Let’s say you were born from your mother. 20 years later your mom wants a sex change and turns into a male. Would they still be the mother even though they are now technically a male?

i think they legally are a male but i mean being transgender doesnt mean you didn't give birth and in order to be a mother you have to give birth so I guess they are

So essentially, kinship words can either be used as biological words or as cultural words. It'll vary from person to person and from context to context.
