Just a little poem I came up with once. Enjoy

Love is knowing when to be there
And when to just butt out
At times love makes you gasp for air
Thinking about going without

Love is knowing someone
The good things and the bad
And still never having any doubt
That they are really rad

Love is there for good times
Love is there for bad
Love is found in silly rhymes
Love always makes me glad

Love makes some act crazy
Love makes some lash out
Love can cure the lazy
Of that I have no doubt

Love happens to everyone
At least once or twice
Finding love can be half the fun
When found it’s pretty neat

It shows up when you least expect it
It’s a perfect theme for songs
Nobody can explain it
It would take far too long

You can love a subject
You can love your friends
But when you find your true love
The possibilities have no end

Love is really special
Nothing quite compares
I simply can’t imagine life
If it wasn’t there

Love can travel distances
And still remain just as strong
As long as both have their heart in it
Or else it might not last long

Some people think that love is blind
And I guess that might be true
But there is one thing that I know for sure
And it’s that I love you
