I normally do high knee sprints or running in place for 30 seconds, you can do jumping jacks, or step up knee raises, mountain climbers, battle ropes
Also if you want can add Kettle swings too.

Its this 6 day split with weight training and cardio acceleration. So you would do normal strength training and shoot for lighter reps in the 9-11 range and do 3 sets for each exercise, and then immediately after do some high intensity cardio so example would be
Barbell curs 9-11
HIIT
Barbell curls 9-11
HIIT
Barbell curls 9-11
HIIT
________________________
No rest between sets till the last HIIT
and then abs 3 times a week

Honestly yes and no, the only thing really bothersome is when I get report that are clearly people trying to be advantageous to win a game, like a harassment report that happened to them in December 20th 1956 that they bring up magically when they are in stars with someone, and the constant spam stuff.
Also when people think I can wiggle my hips and snap my fingers and make Carlos do whatever we recommend

I dont think anything is wrong with it, T giving would not change anything since all our events are coordinated for that and other mods can check to see if I am t-giving to get away with something
Ip checking would just make it so I can make sure nobody is cheating, but I have yet to ip check anyone in a game I am in.

I think sometimes you care too much about peoples perception on this site. However you have been harassed and doxxed multiple times, I think you are a victim and someone the site pushed away for whatever circumstances. I am glad the environment is a little more healthier and you can return.

Hard for me to tell since I was not in the game.
Did not mean it to offend you if it did, just in our stars you didnt really impress me strategically. In this stars everyone said you played a good game so you must have game, although you not going up with Carolyn for double digits not only indicates you played well, but the cast played poorly in that regard very poorly imo
